The founder of MEDANI Bags, to simplify both her own business and leisure globetrotting experiences, architecturally conceived the KERMA Bag as a complete fit-for-purpose travel bag. Craving a modular bag that could function without compromising understated luxury, Amal created a “360-concept”, or “full-cycle”,design as a perfect travel companion.
The KERMA Bag can whisk you through security check-ins, glide you to your business meetings, adorn you on your night-out — and handle your next-day leisure excursions.
Designed to open completely flat for easy packing, unpacking and security checks, the interior design of the Kerma Bag boasts two small straps to slide the built-in Laptop/Files Case side by side with its matching NONI IPAD Case, along with a total of eight other purposely conceived compartments and pockets fashioned to securely place all your travel or work accessories. Each side of the interior of the Kerma Bag contains discreet snap together leather straps to make sure that each side of the Kerma bag is held steadily in place when in use.
The result of this original design is that the interior of the KERMA Bag, with its specific pocket compartments, allows one to have instant “top-view” visibility and therefore quick access to each of your travel accessories. This unique design also means that you never have to waste time searching for exactly what you need! Also, with the purpose-designed pocket compartments you never have to fear that your accessories will slip out of place.

The KERMA Bag was designed to simplify and cater to the “full-cycle” of the professional traveller’s actual needs. Originally produced only for her own personal use, and after much drafting and several prototypes later, Amal’s “purpose-driven” thinking succeeded in producing this completely original Travel and Work Bag.
Amal also craved a truly professional traveller’s bag that combined real functionality that served all your travelling needs - without sacrificing luxury.
With decades of travel experience behind her, it was important for Amal to create a bag that meets all the travellers' business needs - travel and work bag that caters specifically to:

Our KERMA Bag is designed to open completely flat for easy packing and un-packing, which is also conceived specifically as a critical feature to help simplify and expedite airport security checks.
Also, whether you are using the bag for travel or going to work, all our customers love the fact that, even with the bag half-closed, one can immediately see and access ALL the accessories inside at one glance! An Original Design feature we are particularly proud of – as it forms the basis for the thinking behind the KERMA Travel Bag’s architecture and gained experience.
Business:
A unique three-options use is the (removable) Laptop/BriefCase. This Case acts as a compartment for your files, papers or magazines for your inflight reading. This Laptop/BriefCase also doubles for packing an overnight small change of clothes, instead of a Laptop.
Arriving at your destination, this completely removable laptop/files case then also converts to a briefcase, by snapping on the provided small leather-handles and/or a shoulder strap, to use for your local meetings and appointments, should you not wish to take the KERMA bag along.
Relax:
Finished your business day and time for dinner or some evening fun? The KERMA Bag also contains the NONI IPAD Case for your business meeting. The NONI also converts into an Evening Clutch in a contemporary style ofof hair-on-cowhide leather (the Men’s version is provided in plain Leather).
The interior of the NONI IPAD case has specially handmade compartments to neatly carry and place your phone, credit cards, cash and make-up needs for a night out.
Done with meetings and evening engagements – is it time to relax and take in the local cultural sights or do a little shopping?
Then go ahead and snap on the leather strap provided onto the IPAD case creating the NONI Cross-Body Bag for your day about town.

Our customers also rave about our smart see-through Toiletries case - which can just be immediately placed on to airport security belts (and depending on each airport requirements, of course), helping you to speed through security clearances without even having to remove or separate your individual bottles/ liquids to place onto the belt.
They also love the quick-access Exterior Pocket of the KERMA handbag made for your phone(s), which also contains quick access (2) penholder slots.
Right behind this exterior pocket exists a small opening/slit to place your boarding pass/passport holder case for quicker access from gate to gate, without having to zip open the main handbag!

Care
The KERMA Travel and Work Bag and its included accessories are made of smooth grain leather. NONI IPAD Case (women version) is made of 100% European hair-on cow hide. ( see separate care advice for NONI IPAD case) and with time leather may soften and crease, which is part of the natural aging process.
To ensure product longevity, wipe with lightly damp cloth for cleaning, avoid prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight and avoid water.
When not in use, place the product in dust-bag or box.
