Refund policy

Welcome to the Medani delivery and returns policy. Our contact details are below in paragraph 4.

1. Product Availability

Our Products are handmade and bespoke and are subject to availability. If we do not have an item in stock we will inform you and either order the item for you, offer an alternative or cancel the order.

2. Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

3. Delivery

The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our Platforms. You must pay for delivery and any applicable import taxes or duties payable on your delivery. If you are not at home when we attempt delivery and the Products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.

4. Returns

At Medani we hope that you will be delighted with all Products that you purchase from us. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind we offer the following returns policy which is subject to our Terms.

(a) Online Purchases

For items purchased online you may return the Product for any reason within 14 days of delivery of the Product and receive a refund or exchange for a Product of equivalent value. To be eligible for a refund you must at your cost return the Products to us at our distribution centre in Ljubljana, Slovenia at the following address: Intral d.o.o. Dolenjska cesta 242B SI-1000 Ljubljana SLOVENIA.

(b) Special Items

We do not accept returns of Products that are made to your special requirements, personalized, customized, engraved or are special items manufactured for you which we do not carry in our regular stock although we may in our sole discretion in certain circumstances allow an exchange after deducting our reasonable costs.

(c) Used, Altered or Damaged Products

We do not accept returns of Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged. How to Return a Product To return a Product you must notify us that you wish to return the Product within 14 days of the delivery date for online purchases. You can contact us at sales@medani.world or telephone our customer service team on +41 78 898 78 68 between the hours of 9am to 5pm (Central European Time). You must then arrange the return of the Product using a reputable postal or delivery company. You are responsible for the safe return of the Product to us.

(e) Please tell us your reason for returning the Product

We would be grateful if you could tell us your reasons for returning the Product either by informing our customer service team or completing the enclosed return card.

(f) Products must be in Perfect Condition and Returned Complete

Products must be returned in perfect condition, undamaged, with the original invoice and all original packaging and enclosures. Please prepare the Product ready for return by safely repacking it in the original packaging including the original invoice and all enclosures. Please ensure the package is sealed securely.

We inspect all returned Products to check whether they are in accordance with the above. We reserve the right at our sole discretion not to accept returns of Products that have been used, altered or damaged, or, as an alternative, we may reduce the amount of any applicable refund, exchange or credit accordingly.

(g) We will contact you arrange refund or exchange

Upon receipt of the returned Product our customer service team will confirm receipt, inspect the Product and inform you of the applicable refund or an exchange for another Product of equivalent value and any deductions if applicable. Refunds will be made via your original payment method.

5. Please do not misuse our Delivery & Returns Policy

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse the return of any Products, or to impose additional charges, where you do not comply with this Delivery & Returns Policy or you misuse or abuse it.
